Make your First Aid Training Relevant to modern times.
Highly experienced first aid and emergency response trainer with over 17 years of service in the NSW Police Force, supported by extensive frontline operational experience and 11 years in the Australian Army Reserve. My career has been built on responding to real-world incidents in high-risk, time-critical environments, where immediate medical intervention and effective decision-making are essential.
I am a fully qualified Trainer and Assessor (TAE) with specialist credentials in first aid instruction, supported by a strong background in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) principles. My experience includes the management of life-threatening bleeding, airway and breathing emergencies, CPR, and the prioritisation and treatment of casualties in dynamic and often hostile environments.
My professional focus is on delivering practical, operationally relevant first aid training that prepares individuals to respond effectively in real-world situations. I bring a disciplined, experience-based approach to instruction, with a strong emphasis on catastrophic bleeding control, mass casualty triage, and working alongside first responders. My training is grounded in real-world application, ensuring participants gain the confidence, capability, and judgement required to manage critical incidents when it matters most.
